Return & Refund Policy
At Athly, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or normal wear

To start a return, please contact us at athlystore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or used, including but not limited to:

  • Personal wellness or recovery products that come into direct body contact
  • Any item marked as final sale
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at athlystore@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review it and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, your order may already be processing and can no longer be canceled.
